TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fees are to be paid prior to the commencement of lessons - credit card payments are available via the telephone, internet payments are also accepted or payments by money order or cheque made payable to Bourke's Swimming Pty Ltd.  Payments also can be made at the pool.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT OR MAKEUP LESSONS ONCE LESSONS HAVE BEGUN.

GUIDELINES OF

 BOURKE'S SWIMMING

•  Classes are to commence on time and swimmers are to be ready.  There will be no extension of time for late starters.

• There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS once the season has commenced.

• There will be NO MAKE-UP LESSONS due to illness or absence.

• Fees are required to be paid in full at the commencement of lessons to reserve your position.

•  Lessons WILL be held in the rain.

• Lessons maybe cancelled due to the threat of lightning and thunder, this is only determined at the pool by the Senior Coaches.

• Classes will be re-scheduled if this occurs and all swimmers will be notified of the date and time for these classes.
   
• Swimmers are NOT automatically permitted to come to any other class on any other day.

• Swimmers are NOT to be dropped off and left unattended before or after classes.

• NO swimmer or sibling is to enter the pool without authority from Senior Coaches.

• We are only responsible for children whilst they are in their lessons.

• NO diving; NO jumping; Always ENTER the water safely.

• NO running.

• NO game activities are permitted around the pool enclosure.

• Siblings not in a lesson are to be supervised at all times and remain away from the pool edge.

• NO pushing people into the pool.

• Equipment provided (ie kickboards, flippers etc) is to be the placed neatly back at the far end to the pool for other classes to use.
